About Ken Gonyer
I know what it feels like when leadership pressure becomes difficult to carry alone.
As a former CEO, I led an organization through seasons of significant challenge, including the disruption and uncertainty of COVID-19. During that time, I helped guide a major organizational restructuring that positioned the company not only to survive, but to regain focus, reconnect with the mission, and ultimately thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Those experiences shaped the way I lead and the way I coach. I understand the weight leaders carry behind closed doors:
